We’re excited to welcome Alena L. Perry to The Southern Bank team in Myrtle Beach! Alena brings a strong background in finance, sales, and customer service, along with valuable experience in cash handling and branch operations.
With a degree from the Academy of Economics and Finance, Alena has worked in both banking and retail leadership roles, where she focused on building customer relationships, supporting sales goals, and managing daily financial responsibilities. She also previously owned and operated a successful restaurant, giving her firsthand experience in business management, financial oversight, and team leadership. Her diverse professional background has shaped a well-rounded, service-driven approach that aligns perfectly with our commitment to customers.
Originally from Russia, Alena moved to the United States in 2002. She and her husband first lived in New Hampshire, where they owned their own business, before relocating to Myrtle Beach in 2022. She is married and the proud mother of one son.
