We’re excited to welcome Reeves Dacus to The Southern Bank as our new Staff Accountant! Reeves recently graduated from North Greenville University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and brings a strong foundation in financial analysis, audit experience, and leadership to our team.
In his previous accounting roles, Reeves assisted in executing financial statement audits, performed detailed financial analysis, evaluated risk, and collaborated with audit teams to ensure accuracy and compliance. He developed proficiency in audit software and financial reporting tools, gaining valuable experience working with complex financial data and client documentation.
Beyond his technical skills, Reeves is eager to jump in and contribute wherever he’s needed most. He brings a strong work ethic, a team-first mindset, and a readiness to support projects that help keep our financial operations running smoothly. His attention to detail and proactive approach make him a great addition to our accounting team.
