With a strong background in customer service, financial operations, and community engagement, Jay brings enthusiasm, flexibility, and a people-first mindset to every branch he supports.
Jay’s professional experience includes working in financial services, where he developed strong analytical skills, collaborated with teams to meet performance goals, and earned recognition for outstanding contributions. His ability to balance accuracy, efficiency, and excellent service makes him a natural fit for a role that supports multiple locations.
In addition to his financial experience, Jay has a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and coordinating community-focused initiatives. From creating welcoming customer experiences to supporting programs that serve local families and students, Jay consistently demonstrates reliability, creativity, and a genuine passion for helping others.
As a Float Teller, Jay will provide support across our Greenville and Spartanburg branches, stepping in wherever he is needed to help maintain smooth operations and outstanding service. His adaptability, strong communication skills, and positive energy make him a valuable resource for both our teams and our customers.
