Ashton has built a solid foundation in financial services, beginning his career as a Teller and quickly demonstrating initiative and drive. During his time in the branch environment, he maintained excellent customer satisfaction, ensured compliance with operational and security standards, and proactively expanded his knowledge of commercial products and portfolio processes to prepare for advancement.
Most recently, Ashton has served in a personal banking role where he focused on building meaningful client relationships and providing personalized financial guidance. His experience includes supporting business clients with cash management solutions, merchant services, and credit products, as well as completing a formal underwriting and credit analysis program.
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Management, Ashton has a strong interest in lending and financial growth, which aligns well with the future direction of our Greenville market.
His attention to detail, collaborative leadership style, and drive for continuous improvement make him a natural fit to support both our team and our customers.
